Circa €33,000 - €40,000 per annum

 

Plus Performance related Bonus (discussed at interview stage)

The Role

 

We are recruiting for an experienced, charismatic and passionate Retail Manager to take on this key role within this busy operation. Leading the retail team in the service of goods and memorabilia, this is a challenging yet extremely rewarding role giving the successful candidate and opportunity to develop their career with this fantastic employer.

The ideal Retail Manager will have experience in high level sales and will be a real leader with the ability to nurture and develop the team through training and coaching.

 

Professional experience in high volume outlets is a must for any applicant!

 

Candidates for this role MUST be fluent in both German & English

 

What We Are Looking For

 

• Relevant experience within the retail sector and a managerial level.


• An unrivalled knowledge of operations including stock control etc.


• Must possess strong communication and listening skills.


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a large team.


• Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and develop recommended solutions
