The Company

Our client operates locally renowned Argentinean Steak House in North West London. Catering for the large local Jewish community this restaurant serves only kosher meat shipped in from South America. All meat is cooked in the restaurant on a large charcoal grill by talented Grill Chefs. Offering cuts of meat ranging from 250 grams to 1 kilo, this is the perfect restaurant for a ‘meat feast’.

The role

We are looking to recruit a fully competent Grill Chef to join their kitchen brigade. Applicants should be confident cooking on a charcoal grill and must be able to cook large joints of meat to specification. Candidates must also be comfortable speaking with guests on a regular basis. Shifts will consist of straight shifts, working five days out of seven. The restaurant is closed on Fridays and Saturday lunchtimes.
