Executive Chef, 3 days per week, 6 – 12 month contract, £27k

£40,000 (£27,000 3 days per week, pro rota)

The Company

Our client operates a multinational corporation, which controls many world famous brands and international establishments. Classed as the 6 ^th largest food company in the world, our client is looking to continue and build on the success it enjoys.

The role

Our client is looking for an Executive Chef with a strong pastry background. The role will be based between two sites, both of which are in the capital. The role will include creation, development and advancement to the culinary standards already offered by our client. The successful candidate will have the ability to analyse current systems and improve where necessary as well as providing regular feedback to Head Office.

What We Are Looking For

· Passion and enthusiasm for food and its quality.

· Strong training skills as well as innovation, creative flair and excellent attention to detail.

· Excellent organisation, and communication skills.

· Minimum of 5 years experience within the hospitality trade.

· Knowledge of food photography and food styling would be beneficial.
