The Company

Our client operates one of the finest venues in the UK with 5* facilities and grounds of stunning beauty. With a speciality for weddings, conferences and private fine dining, this establishment offers an amazing quality of food and facilities to guests.

The role

We are currently recruiting for a Night Manager at take control of this property during the night. As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for the safety of the property and guests, along with dealing with any problems that may occur during this time. Providing a friendly service is paramount, being the first point of contact for all guests.

The Night Manager will also be responsible for handing over to the General Manager or Operations Manager in the morning, ensuring seamless communication.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in the English language along with having an infectious personality, with the ability to work whilst most are sleeping.

If you have a passion for providing unrivalled customer service, a strong knowledge of Hotel systems & procedures and the ability to lead a small team to this 5* standard then we want to speak to you.

For this, our client offers an extremely competitive salary + Tronc along with a good working balance (40 hours per week).
