Front Office Manager – 5* Conference Centre w/ Rooms – Surrey – Front Office Manager

Circa £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

Share of Tronc

40 hours per week

Duty Management shifts (Between 3 to 5 per month)

The Company

Our client operates one of the finest venues in the UK with 5* facilities and grounds of stunning beauty. With a speciality for weddings, conferences and private fine dining, this establishment offers an amazing quality of food and facilities to guests.

The role

We are currently recruiting for a Front Office Manager at take control of this busy and invaluable department. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the service the Reception department offers all guests, being the first point of contact as they arrive and ensuring their experience is seamless.

The ideal candidate will have a true passion for customer service along with being front facing & articulate. Candidates are also required to be fluent in the English language along with having an infectious telephone manner.

If you have a passion for providing unrivalled customer service, a strong knowledge of room booking systems and the ability to lead a small team to this 5* standard then we want to speak to you.

For this, our client offers an extremely competitive salary + Tronc along with a good working balance (40 hours per week).

· Previous front desk managerial experience.
