The Company

Our client is soon to open a fantastic restaurant in a Central location. They will be offering first class service along with a range of Mediterranean cusuine. This soon to be busy operation is looking to recruit two Hostesses who will be responsible for greeting all guests along with ensuring their experience is memorable.

This operation is an intimate establishment with a friendly and welcoming, yet professional feel through out.

The role

As the Hostess you will be responsible for welcoming all guests in an inviting manner along with communicating through out their experience. The ideal hostess will also have a strong knowledge of food and wine and the ability to up sell on every opportunity.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion and knowledge for the operation and will have outstanding communication skills along with great personal presentation.

The perfect Hostess will be a front facing individual with a welcoming smile.
