About this role…
We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at a 4 AA Rosette Sustainable Restaurant located in Birmingham. Our restaurant is intimate and aims to reconnect guests with their food. As a passionate Chef De Partie, you will have the opportunity to work with our working kitchen garden and community of growers and farmers in Birmingham. We are not only looking for a cook, but also someone who shares our dedication to sustainability and continuous learning.
As a Chef De Partie, you will have the chance to craft exceptional dishes by working with nature instead of against it. You will collaborate closely with our skilled chefs and utilize fresh ingredients from our local area and in Birmingham. Your role will be crucial in upholding our commitment to sustainable practices, maintaining our high culinary standards, and ensuring a seamless kitchen operation during service.
In order to excel in this position, you must possess prior experience as a Chef De Partie in a reputable establishment, a true enthusiasm for eco-friendly cooking and locally sourced ingredients, exceptional culinary abilities, as well as the capacity to perform well in stressful situations.
