The Company

Our client operates one of the finest hotels in the West Midlands . After undertaking a considerable refurbishment, they are in the process of developing and improving their product to take them in the direction of the highest accolades. This spectacular establishment boasts a fresh Brasserie outlet and banqueting facilities. Our client is now looking to recruit the staff with the right background to take this business in the desired direction.

The role

We are looking to recruit a Commis Chef to work in either across all outlets in this stunning establishment. Working a variety of shifts, key parts of the Commis Chef role will be assisting in the production of food items. This is a hands-on position with in an award-winning team of chefs cooking all fresh produce. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commis Chef to develop yourself and your career with in this aspiring establishment.

The ideal Commis Chef will be able to soak up knowledge and handle a large and varied workload. This is a great opportunity for a Commis Chef to join this friendly and tight knit brigade and develop their career further.

Due to the remote location and the nature of the role, candidates are required to have their own transport.

What We Are Looking For

Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a fast-paced environment is desired by our client.
• Commis Chef applicant’s are required to be keen, enthusiastic and have the ability to listen and learn in this great environment.
• The desire to develop a career with in the catering sector.
• Excellent people, organisation, and communication skills.
• A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
