Head Cook / Catering Manager vacancy within manufacturing site staff restaurant in Warwickshire. Managing a team of two FSA’s the head cook / catering manager shall be responsible for stock control, ordering, cooking and service.
Previous supervisory or staff management experience would be ideal for this catering manager / head cook role, although it is an easy home cooking, done well menu. This catering manager / head cook vacancy would suit a cook / chef with staff restaurant / canteen experience.
