Our client operates a collection of unique properties across the UK. This particular hotel, set in Bedfordshire, enjoys around 100 weddings per year along with a strong trade across all outlets. Our client has a good turnover of clientele and a reputation for excellence. With tranquil settings, our client is looking to continue and better the offering of the Hotel and is looking for the right personalities to assist.
The role
We are currently looking to recruit an individual with a strong love for Food and Beverage to take on the role as Food and Beverage Assistant Manager. The ideal F&B Assistant Manager will have previous supervisory skills along with a passion for ensuring the quality of service on all fronts. This role will also involve training to allow the successful candidate to undertake “Duty Management” shifts. Candidates are required to be organised, switched-on and be front facing. This is one of the ideal early steps for any individual wanting to work their way up to a General Management role in the future.
