General Manager - Gastropub in Warwickshire - £30,000-£37,000 per annum

This independent pub with bedrooms is based in the Cotswolds and is run by a small, passionate team who have a hand in everything that goes in and comes out of the pub. The Role

My client is looking for a knowledgeable, experienced General Manager to run day to day operations and oversee all aspects of the business. Successful applicants will have full responsibility for the financial and operational sides of the business and will be expected to develop and grow the business alongside the owners.

Ideal applicants will be required to:

- take responsibility for all aspects of the business on a daily basis including financial, operational and development strategy

- possess strong knowledge of gastropub cuisine and wine/beer

- train and develop staff on product knowledge and service as required

- Manage a small, close-knit team and possess strong leadership and communication skills

- Feedback to the owner on any factors that may have an impact on the business
