The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Kitchen Manager include:

• 2 to 3 years experience as head chef/Chef manager desirable


• Proven leadership ability


• Able to pass DBS checks


• NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2 and Basic Food Hygiene Certificate


• Contract catering is desirable
