The role
A stunning, independent, luxury Birmingham hotel is in search of a Reception Manager who is serious about great service. As Reception Manager, you will know what it means to be the face of a business and you will know what “great” looks like. The hotel is still in its infancy so a good time to make a difference and put your stamp on things.
Whether it’s a wedding party, a lone traveler or 200 delegates on a fishing conference, you will mentor your team to deliver a great welcoming reception.
As an experienced Reception Manager with exceptional & confident customer service skills you will have the ability to train & develop a team and the ability to implement great sales techniques. It will be your bubbly and friendly demeanor that will set you up for success.
You will have full support from the hotels leaders as they have big plans to become one of the go to luxury venues in the midlands. This role offers a salary of £30,000 with a host of benefits in a very stable and thriving company.
