We are looking for an experienced Sommelier for a stunning hotel in Solihull.

The already very reputable and successful hotel is opening a fantastic new restaurant & bar offering as a separate entity.

There will be an award winning Chef behind the food and they need a five star Sommelier to make sure the wine is on par! WSET Level 3, fine dinning, Michelin star are all words on your CV. They are looking to make a mark with this place and have more plans for the future.

If this is you then you are ‘here for the right Reisling’. The Sommelier role comes with a set four day working week and a salary of £36,000 plus tips.
