The Company
Our client operates a rural, award-winning Hotel with multi-outlets including a strong conference trade, fine-dining restaurant and a Brasserie. The site has a fantastic turnover of weddings and conferences along with a busy multi-rosette restaurant. Our client is known for the quality of food and service provided and continuing to better their offering.
The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join this large award-winning brigade. The role of Junior Sous Chef will include supervising and producing food items to a high standard and the ideal Junior Sous Chef candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a fast moving environment behind them. This role will suit a strong Senior Chef de Partie looking to progress their career in this fast moving environment. Successful applicants would have the opportunity to work with in a multi outlet environment. This is also a great opportunity for any chef wanting to learn fresh ideas and techniques.
