Up to £26,000 per annum The Company
An established 4 star Georgian manor house situated in the heart of the Cotswolds, with an AA rosette restaurant and extensive banqueting facilities.
The Role
As Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef with the running of this very busy kitchen; ensuring all health & safety standards are properly maintained and recorded, taking sole responsibility of the kitchen during the Head Chef's absence, sourcing local suppliers and showing imagination and flair when creating new dishes and menu's. This will be a hard-working kitchen and you must be very hands-on, have previous experience in a similar environment and have the ability to excel under pressure. The ideal Sous Chef candidate would be somebody who loves to work with fresh produce.

- Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and have a keen eye for detail
- Organised and hands-on to ensure wonderful service to customers and staff
- Ability to plan and cost seasonal dishes to form seasonally changing menus
- Have a strong work ethic when working on their own or as part of a team,
- Dedication and the ability to work under pressure to deliver good quality food.
