The roles

We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef and a Pastry Chef at a 2-rosette standard to fill vacancies with in this award-winning brigade. Successful applicants are required to have a minimum of 2-rosette knowledge with in fast paced kitchens along with the drive to succeed.
