The role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Pastry Chef to be the face of the most creative side of the kitchen. Working a variety of shifts, key parts of this role will be producing and over seeing the consistency of all pastry items for the various outlets of the business. This is a hands-on position for a Pastry Chef to work with in an award-winning team of chefs cooking all fresh produce. Our client boasts new and exciting equipment, which allows the members of the team a chance to let their imagination run wild. This is an excellent opportunity to develop yourself and your career with in this aspiring establishment.

The ideal Pastry Chef candidate will be creative and be able to use their professional training to produce a variety of Pastry Items for the various outlets.

Due to the location and the nature of the role, candidates for the role of Pastry Chef are require to have their own transport.

What We Are Looking For

Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef with in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment is required.
  • Desired experience with in an AA rosette awarded establishment.
  • The ability to consistently cook fresh food to an award-winning standard.
  • Excellent people, organisation, and communication skills.
  • A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
  • An eye for quality and excellence through all tasks undertaken.
