Privately owned traditional coaching inn offering a very warm welcome to food enthusiasts, focussing on locally sourced, organic produce (where available) and served with imaginative flair and flavour.
The Role
As Waiter / Waitress you will be at the forefront of customer service, from meeting and greeting to taking orders and serving food and drinks. Your bubbly, friendly personality and ‘can-do’ attitude will encourage diners to relax and enjoy the excellent service and culinary delights on offer.
Waiters / Waitresses will be required to work in the restaurant and bar so previous waiting and bar experience will be required. Working straight shifts of either 9am-4pm or 4pm-10.30pm (to include weekends).
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:
- A proven track record as Waiter / Waitress with Bar experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for good food / wines and a knowledge of favourite dishes
- Professional appearance and approach to customer service
- A ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent references from previous employers
