Head Chef role:

Are you an experienced Sous Chef looking to take the step up in your first Head Chef Position? If so, then this could well be the next move for you. We are recruiting for a Pub based in the stunning location of Lydney in Gloucestershire. We would like an aspiring Head Chef who could potentially balance the menu with some more exciting dishes. As Head Chef you would have autonomy over the menu. 

Head chef requirements

• Proven track record as an experienced Sous Chef / Head chef


• Great communication skills 


• Ability to travel to or relocate to the area 


• A great knowledge and understanding of fresh produce 


• A driven and self motivated person with a passion for cooking
