The Company

Our client operates fantastic collection of style restaurants across the UK. They has announced year on year profits and are in the process of opening several new sites across the country to join with their current large portfolio.

The role

We are looking for a dynamic & enthusiastic candidate with a passion for food & a keen eye for detail to work in the Food & Beverage Development Department. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Executive Development Chef.

You will be co-ordinating between F&B departments in all sites, Costing & Budgeting, Liasing with suppliers, Reviewing competitors, Managing a blog, Monitoring sales trends within the company and in the trade, Menu development and managing weekly meetings.

You will be working along side Chefs of all grades to develop the business. You will need a strong, persuasive personality and be able to get your message and the company message across.

.Someone who can all administrative requirements are met and who can control costs in line with budgets. You will need good financial acumen.

.Previous project management experience.

.Computer literate with superb financial acumen.
