About this role…

We are looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a branded restaurant in York. This restaurant serves various dishes, including tapas, grilled meats, salads, sharing platters, pasta, seafood, and more. The restaurant is located in a busy leisure park and is family-friendly. The Head Chef will collaborate with the General Manager to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant in York.

As the Head Chef, your responsibilities include inspiring and managing your team to ensure that all food is delivered to the highest quality in . You will work towards smashing targets with your team and be competent in food ordering, preparation, and stock control. You must also be comfortable working with a branded menu and ensuring your team adheres to health and hygiene regulations.
