About this role…
We are looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen within a branded bar and restaurant in the heart of Edinburgh, serving a modern brunch menu to all-day tasty small plates, sharing platters, and fresh European cuisine. The Edinburgh establishment is a place to share and socialize, offering a buzzy atmosphere. As the Head Chef, we are keen to hear your ideas for innovation within the menu.
As the Head Chef, your responsibilities include inspiring and managing your team to ensure that all food is delivered to the highest quality. You will work towards smashing targets with your team and be competent in food ordering, preparation, and stock control. You must also be comfortable working with a branded menu and ensuring your team adheres to health and hygiene regulations.
