A very rare opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager near Edinburgh, Scotland. This beautiful hotel boasts 3 Stars and 2 Rosettes.
The role is to manage the day to day running of the hotel and its departments. Leading from the front, you will co-ordinate operations through departmental heads and their teams.
You will have at least 3 years Senior Managerial experience in the High End Quality Hotel Sector, used to working to impeccably high standards with a personal touch and eye for detail. You will be professional, assertive and confident in yourself and your team's ability to provide the highest standard of personal service and hospitality to our guests.
Duties will include overseeing the hotel operations with emphasis on the Food and Beverage department, team training, health and safety, performance reviews, budgeting, payroll and cost control, pre planning, calendar of events, sales etc.
