Schedule:
- 35-40 hour per week
- Combination of – 7:30am-3:30pm / 1:00pm-7:00pm shift times.
- Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts.
Your focus as the Catering Supervisor will be on serving meals to the patients, staff and visitors at the Clinic. Setting up the dining room and taking meal orders. You will be working closely with the Chef to ensure a smooth service. This is an active role and will include general kitchen duties, basic meal prep, stock control and cleaning the kitchen areas.
As the Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the rest of the catering team by example.
Cafe/restaurant, front or back of house experience desirable although specified training will also be given.
