Assistant Bar & Restaurant Manager – Own transport essential

£26k per annum subject to experience plus tips and performance related bonus

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who has an opening for an Assistant Bar and Restaurant Manager within their stunning countryside hotel. Situated in West Sussex, this privately owned, award-winning establishment offers its guests fine dining cuisine in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

A suitable candidate would ideally:

• Have minimum 2 years experience in a Front of House Supervisory/Management position


• Experience delivering and overseeing Weddings & Events


• Excellent organisational and communication skills


• High standard of personal appearance & hygiene


• Professional attitude at all times


• Lead by example with a hands-on approach


• Proven track record of leading and developing a team


• Deputise in the absence of the F & B Manager

• Ensure all Health and Safety standards are met


• Experience with Maitre’D/Res Diary would be an advantage but not essential
