Bar Staff duties include crafting exceptional beverages including mixed drinks, pints, and custom orders; Restock bar areas daily to maintain strict service, quality, and presentation standards; Provide warm, welcoming customer service to our local Reading community; Maintain high hygiene standards across the bar, prep area, and seating area.
Bar Staff Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience as bar staff, preferably in busy hospitality venues.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to stay calm during peak weekend rush hours.
• Basic drink-pouring skills and an interest in learning local drink trends.
• Reliable team player with flexible availability, including essential late-night shifts.
