Temporary Catering Manager cover 3-6 months-potential for full time position for the right candidate.

Busy Oxford College, must have experience managing a  large college operation or hotel/conference experience.

Job includes catering for students, professors, staff, conference guests and banqueting. You would need to have knowledge of wine as well as food and beverage.

Salary  in the region of 40K per annum pro rata.
