About the Food and Beverage Supervisor role:

• Up to £25,500 depending on experience.


• 40 hours per week (Shift work)


• No split shifts!


• Duty Manager shifts on a rotational basis.


• Must have experience in the same role.

Your responsibilities as a Food and Beverage Supervisor

• Work alongside the Food and Beverage team to ensure smooth and high-quality service is delivered in line with our standards


• Deliver an exceptional experience to our Members in order to promote repeat visits.


• Ensure Members and Guests are receiving prompt and accurate service in accordance with Club standards


• Work collaboratively with the wider team and support other departments.


• Have the ability to resolve and learn from member complaints and comments


• To understand allergens and to safely manage menu selections with guests


• To act as the Assistant Manager when needed.


• Be able to conduct daily pre-shift briefings


• You will be responsible for on-the-job training, on an ongoing basis that follows in line with the Club standards.
