Food Service Assistant - National Chefs

This stunning Tudor Estate is located in the beautiful Surrey countryside, surrounded by 600 acres of land including woods, formal gardens and a private lake. The Mansion is used as a family retreat for which a very personal and intimate style of service is required and also for business and formal gatherings for which a silver service style will be appropriate. The House has a busy but also fun environment blending and harmonizing a mixture of luxury, world class hotel style without losing the personal touches and attentive eye which make the House a comfortable and familiar private home.

The ideal candidates will have previous training and experience in high standard Food and Beverage operations, be energetic, dynamic, well mannered and versatile to adapt to the diverse style of service required. Experience in food & beverage service plus general day to day preparation environment is preferential.

The ideal candidates need to be adaptable and versatile in their skills and abilities, as the work load is split between occupancy and non-occupancy times.

The position requires:

· Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills

· Flexible work hours to meet the demands of a busy operation

· Able to handle the pressure and remain calm at all times

· Adaptable and resourceful attitude

This full time position offers a variety of duties to be involved in as a growing business, excellent career prospects including the opportunity to work at the Principal’s other locations and houses in London or abroad if desired.

The position further offers benefits well beyond the usual. The salary is negotiable depending on experience and the obligation to travel from Central London, Moscow, Germany and Sardinia.
