Our client operates a chain of café/deli’s using fresh, organic and local produce. Originally starting life as a grocery store, this company has put a new spin on the casual dining concept. This chain has now developed into a café during the day and a candlelit restaurant in the evening, serving great quality, fresh products. Still offering the original store concept it started life as, this operation has it all. We are looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant/General Manager to lead this fast growing family to further success. The ideal General Manager will have the drive to succeed along with the ability to control and dictate a fast paced environment.

The perfect candidate will be presentable and able to ensure exceptional customer focus is never overlooked. The successful candidate will also have the ability to nurture, train and progress junior members of the team into future leaders.
