40-bedroomed hotel, popular for weddings, functions, afternoon tea and traditional english dishes, with ambition to raise the standard of food to AA Rosette level, we seek a talented Head Chef to manage a brigade of 5.

Requirements
We are looking for a head chef in Oxfordshire, willing to work in Didcot, working towards higher recognition. Previous sous chef or head chef experience in hotels with banqueting and a la carte offering
