- £45,000 plus achievable bonus structure

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a talented and passionate Head Chef specialising in the highest quality ingredients cooked over coal. This is a fantastic opportunity to help grow this small collective of established restaurants.
The Head Chef will ideally:
- Have a keen interest in current food trends
- Previous experience cooking on a Josper
- A proven track record of running a professional kitchen
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach
