The Company

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who has an opening for a Head Chef, this is a fantastic opportunity within a prestigious independent school located in the heart of Brighton.

The Role

As Head Chef you will need to work alongside the Executive Chef to help develop the food. The role will include organising and be involved in preperation and cooking of food for functions and events ensuring that the company’s repuation for quaility is met at all times. Be able to manage and motivate the kitchen team, including porters.

• Previous Head Chef experience catering for large numbers


• Up to date with current food trends


• Great people skills and be able to develop, train and inspire a large team


• Excellent organisational skills


• A ‘can do’ attitude
