We are seeking a Head Chef for a centrally located Branded Pub near Southend-on-Sea This branded pub serves classic pub food.

As the Head Chef for this Traditional Pub in Southend-on-Sea, you will be responsible for preparing everything which is needed prior to service, have an thorough understanding of the menu and cooking the dishes. You will also be required to maintain a high cleaning standard and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will pride themselves on food quality, have mastered the art of working with branded menu and be able to train, develop and grow your team to reach and exceed targets.
