Head Chef requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef

• Strong leadership, team-management and organisational skills

• Experience delivering high-quality food within catering, events, hospitality or a similar environment

• Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen standards

• Ability to manage menus, stock, costs and kitchen operations effectively

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach
