Maintenance - Bracknell

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager on behalf of our client in Bracknell, Berkshire. This permanent role will be based inside a large hotel in the city centre.

The day to day roles will include - 

• Assisting in the day-to-day maintenance of hotel facilities


• Carry out preventative maintenance schedules


• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations


• Conduct routine inspections of rooms, equipment, and common areas


• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests

Requirements 

• Valid DBS Certificate issued in the last 12 months


• Previous Management experience in a Maintenance setting


• Good attitude


• Strong work ethic
