Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, eager and willing Sous Chef to work within a small brigade of chefs in a fine dining restaurant in East Sussex. The ideal candidate must have an eye for detail, thrive on using fresh local produce and assist the head chef in menu planning. Previous experience of working within a Rosette establishment would be an advantage. Own transport essential due to the rural location of this restaurant.
