The Company
We are recruiting an experienced Sous Chef to join a dynamic team in a busy Contract Catering environment. A fast paced kitchen with high volume where teamwork is essential. All food is made fresh on site and to high quality standards.
The Role
As the Sous Chef you will be preparing food and ensuring it adheres to all quality and food safety standards. You'll train and supervise junior members of your team to ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times. The role will also involve working alongside the Executive Chef to develop new menus, costing and setting out the standards for food production.

Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
Strong management skills and able to lead a large team
A sound knowledge of all food safety procedures and health and safety
Well established skills in all sections of the kitchen and experience with high volume food production
Keen to further develop skills and further your career
Has qualifications to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in professional cookery
