Senior sous chef required for a multi award winning four rosette restaurant in Suffolk

As senior sous chef you will assist with the daily operations of running this four rosette kitchen. Duties will include involvement to create dishes, stock control, food safety and training of the team.

The ideal senior sous chef applicant will have experience within fine dining restaurants and hold a ambition to drive this four star hotel forward, making it a sought after Suffolk destination
