Position: Sous Chef

Location: Hurstpierpoint, Hassocks 

Venue: Bistro

Salary:  £16.50 per hour - average of 40 hours per week plus generous tip scheme
 based on hours worked

Employment type: Permanent

Sous Chef Benefits:

Sous Chef Requirements:


  • Own transport due to location

  • Responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen alongside the head chef & independently 

  • As well as maintaining standards in the kitchen, you will be a mentor to the more junior members of the team
