Permanent Sous Chef role
Prestigious Golf Club, Brighton
£30,000 per annum plus paid overtime
Sous Chef benefits:

Sous Chef role:
You will be supporting the Head Chef in providing a high-quality food service for members and guests, assisting with food preparation, kitchen organisation, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Must be confident working alone and delivering daily service as well as catering for small functions.
Must have own transport due to location.
