Bar Manager - Gloucestershire

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager for a hospitality business that started in mobile catering and street food, but has expanded in recent years to pubs and venues across the UK. They have now just completed and opened their first wedding venue, as well as operating two pizzerias in London and two pubs in the Cotswolds.

Over the last 12 months they have expanded fourfold and will be expanding further over the next year with multiple projects in the pipeline.

They are looking for a Manager to run the bar for their new wedding venue. This is a newly built wedding venue in a converted barn in the centre of the Cotswolds. They are focusing on providing rustic and informal weddings and events with street food offerings.

The Bar Manager role will involve the following tasks and skills:

• Leadership qualities


• Organisation


• Experience in bar work


• Late night shifts and working on weekends


• Stock rotation and management

With more venues on the way and lots of exciting new projects, this is a really exciting company to become a part of at the moment, with lots of scope to grow with the company.

Expected start date: ASAP

Salary: From £28,000.00 per year
