The Role
This Finance Assistant role will involve working in all areas of the finance team; from sales ledger (invoice) administration to credit control and assisting with payroll duties too.
Finance assistant day to day roles will include data entry, dealing with client enquiries via telephone and email, liaising with branches to resolve invoice disputes and assisting in all areas of the payroll process. This is a fantastic, flexible role for the right candidate to get involved in invoice processing, credit control and payroll, with customer service thrown in too!
Requirements
- We are looking for people with administration experience in a finance or accounts department within small to medium sized businesses.
- Previous experience with sales ledger admin preferred but not entirely essential as we are great at training!
- Accounts administrators are encouraged to get in touch also.
