The Role
We are looking for an experienced and professional individual for the position of Area Manager for a fast food franchisee. Our client has a range of their own quick-service brands and are looking for someone to fulfil the role of Area Manager for their restaurants in the West of the
We are looking for someone who ideally has prior Area Management experience or alternatively extensive prior experience in a multi-unit management position in the food or retail industry, to provide first-rate management to any of their own-brand restaurants that open within the West. It will be their responsibility to create and develop effective teams within the restaurants, championing sales, implementing operational procedures and ensuring these are always adhered to. We are operating within a fast-paced industry so are therefore looking for individuals who are outgoing, flexible, confident and well-skilled in management.
Key Responsibilities
· To be responsible for the total management of the restaurant business within their designated area, in order to achieve and maintain high operational and financial standards.
· To ensure the effective training and development of the management team.
· To ensure all financial and operational areas are monitored and action plans are implemented in order to achieve sales and profitability targets set by the company.
