We are currently seeking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage individual to fill this exciting vacancy.

Deputising the Trading Operations Manager, the successful applicant will work within the Bar & Restaurant and Trading outlets along with external events including large parties, dinners and weddings.

The perfect candidate will be coming from a hospitality background, ideally from a Boutique Hotel with the skills to operate multiple facilities.

This position would suit somebody that loves creating a fun environment for students but with the ability to manage formal conferencing and banqueting.
