We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager, this is a key role within the management team at our restaurant, working closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that the restaurant continues to deliver a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.
This role is perfect for individuals who have prior experience in leading a team, possess exceptional communication abilities, and are dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of the company
- Assist with schedules and assign tasks to team members, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
- Provide feedback to team members and assess performance on an ongoing basis
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all team members engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
- Assist with the implementation and enforce health and safety standards for the visitor centre, to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Uphold a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards
- Assist the restaurant manager with promotional events and activities
