The Role
We require a skilled Barista to operate a commercial espresso machine, serving a wide range of hot & cold beverages. Must have excellent Barista skills and be up to date on all the latest trends. This is a small working team and you must be very hands-on, have previous experience in similar establishments and work well under pressure. You must be adaptable and able to work within a small team with high turnover.
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times whilst under pressure.
- Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
- Great team player.
- Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
