Chef de Partie required for a boutique hotel along the coast line of Padstow. This Chef de Partie role involves working within a team to serve some of the finest British cuisine in the Padstow area.

Homegrown is at the heart of this boutique hotel with an ethos of farm to fork, utilising the onsite kitchen gardens and collaborating with local suppliers of Padstow to create an array of simplistic hearty dishes. Amazing opportunity for a Chef de Partie eager to learn and enhance their skill set within a boutique hotel

Sous Chef requirements:

• As Chef de Partie you will have prior proven experience of running your own section to a high standard


• Excellent communication skills


• Previous background within boutique hotels or similar


• A clean driving license and access to own transport
