Fancy working as a Chef De Partie at a beautiful Country House, surrounded by nature? We are looking for a Chef de Partie to work as part of the kitchen team, assisting with the preparation of food for meal times and special functions.

About the client:

Established for over 50 years and with a growing international reputation, this delightful 19th Century country house located within 200 acres of beautiful Gloucestershire, provides a perfect setting for conferences, events, weddings.

About you:


  • Previous experience working as a Chef De Partie, ideally in a hotel/events environment.

  • An ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room colleagues and guests.

  • A good understanding of COSHH and HACCP.
